The Kenda tires Big Sky XC presented by KLIM is a national hare scramble off road motorcycle race. The hare scramble format is an endurance race on a closed course for an extended amount of time.
Youth and novice racers will compete on 1 mile - 5 mile courses for time periods between 35 to 90 minutes. These races are held on Saturday.
Intermediate racers compete for 2 hours on a 9 mile course.
Pro and expert racers compete for 3 hours on a 10 mile course with an elevated difficulty level.
Intermediate and Pro/expert races are held on Sunday.
It is possible to view the racing action from the resort's base area. The rest of the race courses can be access by hiking, mountain biking, as well as the Swift Current Chair lift. Purchase lunch at the resort, lace up your hiking boots, and venture out to experience the racing action up close and personal.
Race course maps will be available in the race registration/info room (Ski School room)

-IF YOU CHOOSE TO PARK IN THE RACER PARKING AREA, THERE IS A $10 (TRUCK), $35 (CAMPER) FEE FOR THE WEEKEND. THIS IS WAIVED WITH PROOF OF LODGING.

-THE SWIFT CURRENT CHAIR IS WILL RUNNING FOR SPECTATOR ACCESS TO THE RACE COURSE ON BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
